The process starts via phone interview with the HR. The interview focuses on your contribution in your thesis and also your role during your OJT. After a week they asked me to go to their office in Taguig for the interview with the hiring team. People there were very kind (one employee even wished me luck when I was in the elevator). A week after the interview I updated my application (because I asked them during interview if I could do so - which they said yes, after a week). Although they responded after 2 to 3 weeks. Overall it was a nice experience even though I did not get a job offer.

I received a call from the recruiter a week after I applied online. The recruiter asked me if I am still interested for the position and if you say yes, the recruiter would conduct a phone interview. After the phone interview, the recruiter will tell you that they would wait for feedback from the hiring team and they would schedule me for an interview. A few days later, the recruiter called again and scheduled me for an interview the Monday of the following week.
