The interview has 3 rounds -
1) Aptitude
2) Psychometric Analysis
3) Interview Round(TR and HR)
Till Round 3 everything went so smooth. The interview might last 1 hour, mine was 2 hours.
Talent Acquisition is one of the worst teams, I've ever seen. They must be trained on how to share the updates and how to reply to e-mails.
The HR who is handling me said you got selected for the role over a phone call and he said I'll receive my letter the next day. To date, I haven't received any offer letter nor no response to the e-mails that I've been sending.
I'm not sure how they become HR professionals when they don't have the bare minimum professionality in their work culture. Such a waste!
