Brief, smooth and direct to the point. The interviewer is focused if you can really do the job. This position is a highly paid position they offer up to Php 60k monthly salary but they are very serious about hiring only those who are qualified.

There were three interviews for the Green bean position. First is phone interview, for initial assessment. Then the interviewer asked my availability and scheduled me for my HR interview. He send an email regarding the details and a brief summary of the position. The second interview is with the HR. The interview lasted less than 30 mins then he scheduled me within the day for the final interview with the Manager. The manager interview lasted an hour.
