Normal Process of Interview, HR Initial Interview, Hiring Manager, Counterpart Manager (US), will be dependent on the product to be assigned. Basically they will ask you to tell your experience then ask some technical stuffs in my case.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Infor (Taguig) in Apr 2022
Interview
It depends on the product but mine was very easy. I applied in Linked In. Reached out to me for short call interview asking some basic questions if I like to work night shift, etc. Another interview with the manager through Teams. Asked questions about previous job. Sent job offer after a few days.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infor in Apr 2022
Interview
30 minute phone interview with recruiter - mostly talked about the company and why I applied, what salary range I was looking for
30 minute video call with hiring manager - discuss the role more in depth and background
1 hour video call with hiring manager + 2 other managers - discuss role in depth and some technical questions
Declined role and recruiter was incredibly rude, despite me thanking her for her time and efforts. Made her wait 3 days (which she was OK with) while I decided between this and another offer and apparently that set her off. Overall glad I dodged a bullet, though the hiring manager(s) were pretty cool.
