As the recruiter at Indigo, I am sorry to hear you had a negative experience and apologize for the rescheduling of your phone interview. I appreciate the feedback regarding the external recruiter we are using to help fill this role – we have values around transparency and honesty and we want to make sure we are working with partners who uphold those values. I will be sure to do my diligence and follow up here. I will also be checking in with people at Indigo who may have been involved in phone screening and give feedback as our intent is to be thoughtful and engaged on every interview, and I’m sorry that was not your experience.
