Interview process was one of the longest I have every had. Started with a phone call one week then a Skype call the next followed by an in person interview that lasted pretty much the whole day. I met with 10 people and I quite frankly should have been offered this job. I nailed this interview . I did my research, I had true genuine passion for the mission and I was excited about this role.
However, my recruiter calls me and tells me that Indigo went with someone else but they give a real reason why...”They had nothing but nice things to say about you but they were worried that looking at your background you wouldn’t like position for long.” Really? Why did I get through 2 stages of interview before meeting 10 people if they didn’t like my background ? Why did each person I met go on and on about the great career potential they offered. Besides, isn’t that my own decision to make?
A true waste of time. I can’t help but wonder if the lack of diversity has anything to do with it.
