I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed in May 2018
Interview
The entire process took about a month. I was called a week after I submitted an application. The hiring managers were amazing, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, enthusiastic. Nothing but good things to say about them. The HR however handled things horribly. I would be relocating for this job so it’s something I’d really have to think through. Hiring managers never discussed pay, leaving that entirely to HR. HR and I discussed the range (range gap was almost 20k so I really needed more specifics) during my very first call. And I left that alone for the time being hoping to discuss it as I got closer to an actual offer. And never again did we discuss it.
HR called to make the verbal offer and congratulate me. I asked her to send me the offer letter to see the salary, benefits, conditions to see if this was worth moving across the country for. She said “no, I need an answer from you before I send you an offer letter. It’s because it’s a long process for me to get the letters signed by the CEO.” You know what’s a long process too? Moving my entire life to a new state, where I don’t know anyone for a job that I have absolutely no idea what it has offer other than work itself. Later she called back to take back the offer without really discussing anything else with me.

Question 1
How have you handled a situation where there was tension between coworkers?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Indeed in Sep 2024
Interview
Interview process was straightforward. Had a screening call with an HR Rep and then a call with the hiring manager. Next one would have been a technical interview and meeting other team members I believe, but I never made it after the hiring manager round.

Question 1
What's your experience working collaboratively with other departments?
Great interviewing process, constant updates and warm welcome to the interview site. Nice package with goodies received given during the interviewing stage. Also received a package with goodies after receiving the offer.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Indeed (Dublín, Dublín) in Sep 2022
Interview
There was an initial phone screen followed by 4 interviews.
Telephone screen
Interivew with manager
Online test,
Team interview
Senior interviewer
The process was quick enough for the first half then for the last few weeks, there were constant delays on the employer's side.
I was made an offer by phone, but one week later, after I gave notice in my job, this offer was withdrawn based on a hiring freeze from the US. A huge waste of time and not respectful of other people. A messy position to put a job candidate after they've handed in their notice based on an offer and many weeks of interviews and tests and preparation!!
