Interview
The process took about 3 weeks. First interview was with the recruiter very basic questions, talks about metrics, closest airport, how much travel, systems used. 2nd interview with a Line manager very long interview but nothing if you have been a CRA for more than 6 months you will do fine. Final interview was on webex for an hour, behavioral questions.
Completed the HireVue assessment, if you are prepared and know clinical research it should be very easy. I am CRC trying to transition to CRA and it was not bad.

Describe what qualifies an AE to be an SAE and give examples
HireVue virtual interview was the only interview I completed so far. It was straightforward and easy once you got the hang of talking to yourself. Make sure you use the think time to practice so you're more relaxed when it starts.
Quick and painless (not anxiety free though haha). I spoke with a recruiter first, did the HireVue interview, and then had an interview with one of the managers. I think giving a lot of information about my experience during the HireVue was super helpful, and helped me feel more confident too.
