IQVIA Associate Consultant interview questions

There were 2 rounds. Round 1: Technical Round Went through my projects in resume. Had a in-depth discussion on my projects and its usecases. Told me to write a ML algo from scratch and explain the process in maths. The focus was more towards analytics and stats part. Then a discussion on GenAI Round 2: Managerial Discussion on my resume project. The What, why, and how of the project. Business use case and how it can be useful for the business. Here focus was on how can I lead or how can I understand the project from business perspective

I had to contact several people in the organization in order to be able to plan the next steps in my interview process. After I finished the case interview, they didn't respond to me for 2 weeks even though they had said that they would call me in a week. Gave them a call and heard that they choose another candidate.
