First round is a one way interview where you record yourself answering questions then uploading on to the platform. Then it is with the HR, which is a waste of time because they just repeated exactly what was on the screening questions during the application. Third is a case interview. This is where I had a bad experience, because the interviewer’s camera was shaking, they were not looking at me when answering my questions, and also started yawning during the middle of the interview. Super disrespectful and very condescending. Then after this process they ghosted me, with no follow up on next steps or any rejections. It's been 3 months and until this day I have no idea why. They takes forever to get back to you, put you in a limbo, and never responds to you. A total waste of time
