IPSY interview questions

The interview process is divided into 3 or 4 interviews, so Full Stack is generally sought, so Backend, Frontend, Design are evaluated and if there are Lead functions, then soft skills and agile project management skills.

First interview was standard, "get to know you" type of questions. Second interview was STAR structured and delved more into detailing work experience. Unfortunately I didn't hear anything from them and I needed to constantly email in order to get a status update - in which they decided to hire the role from within.
