IPSY interview questions

Met with the Creative Director, Lead Designer, and several other moving parts to their system. There were several phases for the interview, including a design test for color correcting and email marketing.

The interview process started with an Introductory phone conversation and follow up emails. Felt very comfortable and recruited was kind. Answered my questions. Ultimately not a good fit for me but experience was positive.
