This interview was odd!, They did a one on one telephone interview first, then a second stage was a writing sample, then a third stage was a 1.5 hour skype interview with 3 different managers (for a remote position) so not sure why a skype interview with 3 people was needed besides for them to judge by your looks and not your actual ability, sense it is a email position, the email sample's should be the biggest factor for the position, I will tell you it is the least of there concerns here, I would call there hiring practices questionable at best, as I see now from reading other interviewer's reviews, it is a start up company but so far it seems management has no idea what they are doing when it comes to human resources and hiring practices.
