I understood going into this process I was way overqualified for this position. Interviewer was late for the call by about 10/15 minutes.
When I asked questions, she seemed a little frazzled - almost a "why would I know to ask that" answer.
They also stated up front the position was $17.50 an hour. (No thanks!)

Really enjoyable process with multiple rounds to get to know the team. Got feedback from recruiting as I progressed. The process included a written exercise which was a good chance for me to share some of my skills that wouldn't have been as obvious in just an interview.

After cover letter and resume submission a telephone interview was scheduled. Once screened via telephone interview you may be invited to participate in a work related trial. The trial would consist of how you would handle a customer service situation.
