IKEA Warehouse Associate interview questions

The hiring and interview process was an exceptionally refreshing. Both interviews were informative and very welcoming. I have been a long time supporter of IKEA products but I never new the history and how long they actually been around. After my interviews I was highly impressed on how integrated and innovative the work environment is. Truly inspiring to work for a company who values there employees.

I was given an introduction interview and description of the company, an outline of the job duties and a chance for me to ask a question...while they listen to me.
