IKEA Visual Merchandiser interview questions

the process took 3+ weeks. it started with a brief phone interview, then an interview with my direct manager, then an interview with a store manager. the interview with my diesct manager was comprised of standard interview questions, ie, name a time when you had a conflict with another employee and explain how you dealt with that conflict.

Das Interview war angenehm und entspannt. Es dauerte 70 Minuten. Es war mit dem Chef der Gegend und der Chef der Humanressourcen. Sie brauchten ziemlich lange ihre Entscheidung mitzuteilen.
