IKEA Sales Associate interview questions

multi step but easy! standard stuff, like why this job and how you’ll add to the team and culture. there’s a phone interview then i think two in person interviews (this was six years ago so the process may have changed especially w covid ha)

1st round was behavior question on situations about 8-10 questions,avability etc. Select for 2nd round it was team round you have to build something togather with collaboration of 2 -3 participants.
