IKEA Sales Associate interview questions

It Was a very casual group interview, followed by a phone call and background check. The group interview only consisted of three applicants and three memebers of the management team for about an hour. Three days later I got a phone call notifying me that I would receive an email with instructions for my background check.

Just the regular one with not much specific questions. Manager of specific department will call you for face to face interview once get selected from group discussion. They are more focus on people with sales skills and availability. They want you to work on weekend which is must.
