IKEA Sales Associate interview questions

-Had to fill out an Initial application form -Invited to do an online video interview that was pre recorded, asks 3 questions with unlimited retakes recording an answer. Questions were generally straight forwards such as Why IKEA, what skills you have, just know how to talk about things you have done.

I was asked what the most significant challenge I faced was and how I solved it. I explained to the interviewers my experience as a call centre agent when responding to a rowdy customer.
