IKEA Sale Associate interview questions

Questions were mainly about leadership but I didn’t apply for a leadership position so I felt the questions were a bit useless in regards to the position I was applying for.

Informal casual interview that questions and explores your values and work ethic. Be your authentic self and engage and talk about the store and IKEA brand values. A lot of the questions were scenario based and it can easily lead to a more casual conversation.
