IKEA Retail Sales Associate interview questions

Somewhat easy but difficult to prepare for. I interviewed with a department manager and a team lead. They asked a set of prepared questions based on the IKEA values. Most of them are behavioral type questions (i.e. tell us about a time when). So know their values, and choose your favorite ones. Also have flexibility in availability (which ties into their values).

My interview was very relaxed, quick, and simple. It was done in a quiet room. All questions asked were related to Ikea's values. After I gave my answers, I took a tour of the department I applied for. It took about a week to get a text from the recruiter to accept the job offer.
