Interview
I initially had a phone interview which went successful and thus was invited to the hiring event. During the hiring event, about 10 IKEA managers were there to explain what and who IKEA was. Then we were separated into two groups and had to build a bridge that was strong enough to hold up a few IKEA catalogs. After that individual manager came and took the people who had applied for there department and sent others home who didn't make the cut. Then came the one on one interviews with you potential department managers.
