IKEA Sales Co-Worker interview questions

I have one phone screening call, then a meeting call with the Leaders and cultural manager. At the first impression, I love how people greet people in the first sight. They are warm and really try hard to do the ice breaking part to make you feel more comfortable. Everyone is really great and warm. I love the culture there too.

Just asked about my prior work experience, expanding on team work situations and accomplishments. Pretty basic standard behavioral questions. Not intimidating at all, just be friendly and interactive. Prepare beforehand and you should be good.
