Interview
Straight forward questions nothing too difficult, phone interview followed by interview with two team leaders.
Also said there is a possible drug test which I felt was a little intrusive. The pay seemed competitive for the position.

When was the time you are dealing with a difficult customer and how did you resolve it
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
