Interview
Interview process was very professional and easy to understand. Though there were three separate interviews, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Interviewers were great at helping candidate by replying fast and explaining .
I was interviewed by two people. They were very friendly and it was quite informal. They gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. Overall, it was about as pleasant as an interview could be.

-Situation type of questions and how would you handle them

-Getting to know you
-Why do you want to work at ikea

Question 1
When was the time you are dealing with a difficult customer and how did you resolve it
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
