IKEA Customer Service interview questions

Simple. quick, not to much, be prepared for different questions and to say a little bit about yourself and why you wanna work there. First interview was phone than after was an in person interview.

The firt interview is by phone. It there's a positive feedback, there's one more in-person interview. Semi-informal interview. Since the opening is in customer service, my understanding is that the structure of the interview allows the employer to see if the person could work well with customers and be "approachable".
