First you had to interview with HireVue via a web based system. I was a little unsure about it because it was different. Then once selected, I was supposed to set up a time with the associate who sets up the Interviews with the managers on the team - which didn't work as well, where I had to email the person with my availability. To find out that they had cancelled my interview, however HireVue's cancellation never was sent to me and I waited on the Interview Call for about 10minutes, before calling the person - who said that it was cancelled and did not send a follow up email for cancellation.
