I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ICON
Interview
The first portion of the interview process seemed a bit impersonal due to the fact that it is a pre-recorded question answer portion and onto the second round of interviews it was very natural to interview with the hiring managers. The interview was very relaxed and I did not feel tense or nervous at all. The hiring managers were very nice and communicated well.

I applied online. I interviewed at ICON in Feb 2021
Interview
1st round was a video interview that asked about background/administrative experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products. 1 week later, I heard back for the 2nd round where I would have a video interview with 3 people from the company. 2nd interview lasted about an hour, where each person explained their role and asked me behavioral questions.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at ICON (Durham, NC) in Jul 2019
Interview
I applied and the next day a recruiter emailed me to set up a phone screening. Afterwards, my application was forwarded to the hiring manager for an in-person interview (July 2019). The interview was fairly straight to the point. I was asked about specific job responsibilities from previous jobs and relating it to the CTA role. Interview went well overall. I was offered the position via email the next day!
