ICON Clinical Trials Assistant interview questions

2 phase interview 1st Interview was answering 4-5 questions just by yourself. The screen would show you the question, then give you 10 seconds to think, and then it would automatically record. 2nd interview was with the manager. They asked me STAR based questions.

A recruiter from ICON connected with me via LinkedIn and referred me to a PRA recruiter who I spoke with on the phone. 3 days later I had a 2nd interview with the ICON manager. It was a pleasant interview, very light. Role and responsibilities were explained. A week later, was the last interview with the project manager, explained about the work environment and what to expect about the team. I was sent an offer letter the day after.
