IBM Researcher interview questions

I applied to the job after receiving an email from my career counselor that they were hiring. About a week later I received an email from the team that I would be working with that they have scheduled a telecon interview the next day. The interview was about 45 minutes and with the team I would be working with.

I submitted my resume online where the team posted the job opening. After a week two engineers called in asking my research projects that are closely relevant to theirs. The whole phone screen took an hour. On the second day the manager called in to extend the offer.
