Well organized, professional and complete. All answers written by the Area Manager. Waited 15 minutes. Interview in a room off of the lunch room - awkward walking through.

Specific examples of challenges and past experiences. How do you overcome objections, how did you improve a skill, best customer story, examples of adding on etc. I have a lot of history, so I picked the most current and local examples.

It was a phone call with basic info and then an interview with hiring manager and than with director. They cared as much about personality than qualifications. They didn't ask the same old questions like 3 negative and positive qualities

I applied online. After a week received a phone call for phone interview (basic behavioral questions). Then after another week, received an email from HR manager for face 2 face interview. Then after a couple of days another interview with store manager (When I got the offer)
