Home Depot Canada interview questions

The Interview I had was with 2 people, both management. The questions they asked were mostly behavioural and situational questions. They want you to be specific in your answers. The Interview was fairly short, maybe 20 minutes or so. I felt quite comfortable in the interview. They did not try to intimidate me.

First I was contacted for a phone interview with a HR representative, was scheduled for a in store interview with an assistant manager, scheduled again for another for a brief interview with a another assistant manager so they could have different outlooks on the potential, and finally for a meeting with the store manager. They are all great people. Very easy to talk to. I strongly recommend doing research on the company before the interview to learn what they are all about. Core values are everything and they are big on customer service which is great.
