First there is a phone interview. Then you have to go to the store for an interview with one of the managers. They asked you to arrive 15 min before and they make you wait. The managers are not interested in their employee prospects as much as their clients. There were two managers in duty and none of them wanted to do the job interview. They said they were going to call me to notify me of any kind of response about work, but they didn't.
