1st was the screening call with an HR. And then as I reached out to the team I was able to get an informational call. Then I was invited for the interview which intially the team stated was the only round, it was a case study followed by STAR questions. After that I was invited back for a 2nd interview for 30 minutes with 3 completely different team members. It was doubtful that they wanted to hire me after the 1st round since I noticed 2 other candidates had annouced they were started shortly after. I got a automated reject message from a completely different email address, not even addressing which position I was applying for. It seems mildly disrespectful after spending 5 weeks to meet with 6 team members and preparing for a case study.
