Applied for an electrical/plumbing associate PT position, got called for an interview a week after applying. Interview was 20 min long, about 10-15 in depth questions ranging from interpersonal to situation based. Make sure to give the maximum availability as that was the main reason I did not get an offer. Maybe ask for the availability beforehand.

Only one interview. Then follow up on contract discussion. Talk to the hiring manager and explained the role to me. Was more like a casual conversation about a day in the life of a Scrum Master.
