Holland America Line interview questions

Phone interviews. The recruiter was late for the phone screen which was a bit off putting. When I followed up after no contact was told that they scheduled an actual interview but forgot to include me on the invitation. It was a bit disorganized.

It is important to answer the questions in an assertive manner and speak clearly. That is an important skill because if you are on the telephone, then you have to be understood by anyone who calls. As well, you have to be able to communicate effectively and work with different people that contact the company.
