First is a simple phone screen---they ask about your interest in the position, go over leadership style, ask about your interest in cruises. Next is a Zoom interview with the hiring manager

First interview with HR as introductory and general topics about skills, attitude and general past experiences to understand the right match with the position , followed by other 3 interviews with technical department regarding specific questions about past experiences related to the job description.
