I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Holiday Inn (Greenwood, SC) in Jun 2017
Interview
First interview took over an hour. You answer a lengthy questionnaire script with the manager. They ask how you handle certain situations at your last jobs and in your personal life. There's also a series of ice breaker questions.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Holiday Inn (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2016
Interview
The Process was pretty simple I applied on a Wednesday and I got a call that Sunday for an interview and a phone screen. The interviewer was nice. It was short maybe 30 minutes. She asked the normal questions. The place was quiet and kind of empty, there was only one person working the front desk when I arrived.
Interview was relatively easy. Met with one of the managers and it lasted maybe 20 minutes. He was very nice and asked general questions regarding how to handle conflict/random situations and previous hotel/customer service experience.
