Interview was relatively easy. Met with one of the managers and it lasted maybe 20 minutes. He was very nice and asked general questions regarding how to handle conflict/random situations and previous hotel/customer service experience.

The interview process was fast but efficient in getting the interviewers and interviewed(me) well enough acquainted to tell if we were compatible. I attended 3 interviews at 2 seperate times - all of which were relaxed and friendly. I was hired promptly after.
