Virtual Interview through a Webcam scenario to be reviewed by hiring managers. This process was straightforward with questions and scenarios one would expect in this type of interview. The interview gave you several moments to prepare for your answer then three minutes to answer the questions as thoroughly as possible.

The interview process was very impersonal. I found the online interview process awkward. There was no one to actually talk to, just answering questions into the camera. I did not feel comfortable. There was several weeks between applying and then the online interview and then the response for a job offer. By then more than two months went by and I found another opportunity.
