The whole process was agile, very professional, and challenging. I applied to the Outperfomer program through their website. After a few days, I received an answer and got invited for a phone interview. This phone interview is done with the HR people, but honestly, you need to be kind of prepared. Important to know the motivation for getting the position and explain some behavioral questions showing leadership, competence and TEAMPLAYER skills. Since I was doing the process from abroad, the second round was not the group dynamic but another interview with the Head of HR in Spain. This second interview was a bit more challenging. The most important point you need to make is your honest motivation and interest, if you are not, I would not waste your time. I would recommend to prepare some interesting questions in advance (nothing you can get from the website). Check the cases of Hilti (Harvard and Saint Gallen). The third round was a face to face interview in Spain with the Head of Sales. You have some time to prepare a case and then you need to present your thoughts and recommendations. They expect very good performance, so get prepared in advance. It is very important to be good with time management and look from different perspectives the case. The final round was Europe level. Due to Corona virus we did it online from your home country but normally is done on your region's hub. There are a total of 4 interviews or challenges. The first one is a presentation, the second one is a group dynamics, the third one is business case (quite quite difficult) and finally there is a role play.
It is important to fit with the company. They have strong values regarding cooperation and team player. The company is very professional and the people there are very nice and helpful. I also received very nice feedback after each interview and had a very agile communication with HR.
It is one of those processes that even if it works out or not, you learn a lot. It was a pleasure! Of course, they are taking care of all expenses incurred during the process.
and one more thing, as part of the process there is a On Field day, when you have the chance of doing a full day with an account manager. It is very useful to make sure you like the rhythm of work and industry. Also to really understand how the company works and get prepared for the last round of interviews (the most difficult one).
