The interview process is long but well-developed, one can see that they really want to find the perfect fit for the company. The hiring process consisted of 5 steps: 1. A series of AI interview questions that you had to record yourself answering on a platform. There are a total of 6 questions (mainly asking about the background, why Hilti, leadership skills, international approach, and experiences...) You have 3 minutes to prepare and answer for each of them. 2. Online interview with the HR manager. She was super nice and had a really nice conversation with her. Once again background questions and competency-based interview questions. 3. Business Case. A group of candidates have 75mins to read a business case and create a ppt developing 2 business strategies of your choice based on what you have learned from the pdf provided. 4. Feedback call with HR about your ppt and candidacy. 5. Present the ppt you created for the business case to the line manager defending your ideas. Here is really important that you show your skills and communication skills. 6. Assessment Center (I haven't reached this far yet so there is not much I can say yet). They pay for all the expenses to take you to the HQ in Liechtenstein.
