Had an initial phone screen then a call with a manager. After that I was asked to do a programming challenge. This turned out to mean setting up a complete development environment and fixing one of their PRs for them. I estimated it would take over 6 hours of work and since I didn’t want to do free work on top of my current full time job, I declined.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Hexagon (Huntsville, AL) in May 2019
Interview
I had a lot of fun in this phone interview! I interviewed with a team and they had wonderful vibes. They were extremely excited about their production and the work they were doing. We ran through the traditional interview with a good balance of my interests as well as their. Then we geeked out with tech talk! This ran us into what they were seeing for the future of their production.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hexagon
Interview
