The hiring process is basically a 3-step process, Written, Technical Interview and HR Interview. The written test is very easy. The only challenge in that is to complete it in time, because the number of questions are around 40 with time limit of 40 minutes. The written test comprise of General aptitude and Technical question (Only C language).
The technical Interview is a bit tricky as the interviewer expects the candidate to be expertise in its domain first then comes the Software skills. For example a Mech guy should know his Mech stuffs in details first with some knowledge of programming. On clearing the Technical interview the HR interview is a piece of cake. They just ask the basic details about you. the more you speak (ofcourse sensible stuffs) the more are your chances of being at Intergraph.
