Hexagon interview questions

Two rounds of test and two rounds of interview. Test consists of both aptitude and programming questions.Interview consists of technical and HR rounds. Programming round include basic C++ questions. All together interview process was very smooth

The first day I met with the hiring manager's boss, as the hiring manager was unavailable. We spoke for a little over an hour about the job, my experience, and some of my past projects. About a month or so later, I was back onsite meeting with the hiring manager and some of the other group members. Those discussions went about the same as the first, with no real difficult problems. As part of the interview process, they have the candidate take the Activity Vector Analysis (AVA) test. I found this test to be a waste of my time.
