I was reached out by Director of HR through LinkedIn for the Marketing Associate Position. I sent in my resume the day of and got an email response from the HR associate the next morning to schedule a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was available that afternoon so I went ahead and schedule my phone interview the day of. It went really well as she informed me about what the position responsibilities will be like and that there would be potential for growth. The phone interview lasted a little more than 30 minutes. I sent a follow up email and got scheduled to an in-person interview in two days. For the in-person interview, I met with 5 people, VP of marketing, Technical Director, and the marketing team. It was a 4 hour interview, with the last two hours being lunch. Overall, everyone I met was so friendly and easy-going, I knew this position and the culture of the company was aligned to what I was looking for. The following week, I got a phone call from HR getting the offer! A week after, I signed my contract.
