1. 30 minute phone talking about generic experience with recruiter 2. 1 hour teams call with team leader, going into more depth about previous experiences and skills 3. 1.5 hour face to face with Team leader and Engineering Manager. Present a presentation about a particular project I worked on 4. 4 x 25 minute competency exams - english, maths, puzzle and character 5. 1 hour with HR Unfortunately didn't get the role. As it took them almost 5 hours of interviews, which were all very positive, to say I don't have enough experience. Looks a great company to work for, with lots of benefits and exciting projects. But why waste peoples time, that could of been worked after after the recruiter phone call or the teams call with the Team Leader. Very positive interview experience, but very poor feedback especially given the amount of time preparing for and including the interviews.
