I applied online. I interviewed at Hertz (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Feb 2021
Interview
The Interview was a little over 2 hours. It started with a fairly simple excel case. Basically looking to see if you know basic excel functions. The interview also consisted of a few brain teasers to see how you solve problems. Nothing to get to worked up about.

I applied online. I interviewed at Hertz (Estero, FL) in Oct 2019
Interview
HR screening. Phone interview, be prepared, no overly generic 'best price, best place' answers please. It's rental car not hotel, so what do we rent? Cars that can move, so have some insight on the key component of our business. after phone interview scheduled in person: Interview, case study, aptitude test, lunch. Know that the interview does not end till your back on the plane. We will be observing and interviewing even during the lunch and walks from one activity to the next. Afterwhich all interviewers involved will bring your name up and comment. Different managers look for different attributes. mostly the manager who has a spot open has the most say. SO great to find out who in the interview process actually has a spot open on their team.

Question 1
Give me an example of a major winning story. what did you contribute? what did you learn?
Screening, phone call to hiring managers, then on-site.
Hiring managers are nice, but HR is VERY unprofessional. HR was two hours late in the first round screening, without any notice. The on-site was also rescheduled a lot which interfered with my other interviews.

Question 1
One case study during the on-site, a few math questions. Others are behavior questions.
