Interview
It was one of the easiest interviews that I have ever had. Just to had to give some semi-intersting hours and not come off like a complete moron, and essentially the job will be yours. It took about 30 minutes, and mostly there was a lot of listening and not a lot of contributing to the interviewer himself.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Hertz (Silver Spring, MD) in Oct 2012
Interview
Fairly quick but overall deceptive thinking back to it. There was a lot of going back and forth once I did get the final interview face to face matched up. There is no allegiance here because the person I met when I first came into location was person I replaced when I started.
