Hertz Management Trainee interview questions

Multiple interviews with branch manager, area manager, etc. Interview questions are repetitive and recycled from one interview to the next. Almost entirely situational questions. Hiring team seems to prefer well balanced applicants with extracurricular history, sporting history, etc. in tandem with academics.

The interview process went really well. My hiring manager was very upfront and honest about the tough nature of this job, which I appreciated. I've heard many of the different cons of working for different car rental companies in this type of position. So I feel like he did a good job of giving me a realistic feel for what it would be like working at Hertz and progressing to higher positions.
